From Survival to Stewardship: Reclaiming My Health

After years of suffering, I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis in my early thirties. I hoped that chapter was behind me, but after my second son, my symptoms—and more—came back with a vengeance. I felt broken, like my body was falling apart. Despite seeing multiple specialists and searching for answers, I was met with dead ends. Even as a physician myself, I felt dismissed and disconnected from my own body.

After a second surgery for endometriosis, I realized I could no longer wait for someone else to have the answers—I needed to take my healing into my own hands. I turned toward functional and integrative approaches and, through that journey, was reminded of a truth I now hold deeply: our bodies possess an innate wisdom and an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. As I learned what was truly driving my condition and began listening to my body instead of fighting it, healing became less about forcing change and more about creating space for restoration—on my own terms.

The Heart Behind My Method

I now bring this same approach to the women I work with—professional women and busy moms who feel disconnected from their bodies, frustrated by symptoms, and tired of being told to “just manage” or given the same options over and over; for surgery or medications that don't align with true healing. My coaching blends functional and integrative strategies with compassionate guidance, helping you uncover what’s driving your symptoms while honoring your body’s innate wisdom. We focus on nervous system regulation, gut and hormone health, inflammation, nourishment, movement, and sustainable rhythms that fit real life—not perfection or quick fixes.
